Mify Giftwrap is a Shopify app that lets shoppers add gift wrap and a gift message on the product page, cart page or cart drawer, in a widget that uses your theme's fonts and colors — with no theme code edits, and with every gift order tagged so your team knows what to pack.

Stores that sell things people give as presents:
- Gift-heavy seasons. Offer wrap and a note for the holidays, Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day without editing the theme.
- Stores that charge for wrap. Each wrap style is a real product variant with its own price, so it shows up in taxes, reports and order totals like anything else you sell.
- Teams that pack by hand. Gift orders arrive tagged, and the wrap line on the order says which item to wrap, in which style, with which message.
- Shops that sell in several languages. The widget’s text is translated for the storefront and can be edited per language.

- A gift option on the product page, the cart page or the cart drawer, styled with your theme’s fonts and colors.
- Wrap per item or for the whole order, choosing from the wrap options you set up, each with its own name, image, description and price.
- A gift message with To and From fields, offered together with wrap or on its own.
What you set up
- Wrap options. Create one from a template or from scratch. Each option becomes a variant of an unlisted “Gift wrap” product in your store.
- Gift message. Choose which fields to show (To, From, message), set the maximum length between 20 and 500 characters, and decide whether a message needs wrap.
- Style. Adjust colors, corners and layout in the theme editor; the app embed and blocks are added there, so no theme code is edited.
- Which products offer gifts (Professional). Offer gift options on all products, or include or exclude products by product, collection or tag.
- Order tags. Gift orders are tagged

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to edit my theme’s code? No. The gift widget is added with an app embed and app blocks in the theme editor, and it takes its fonts and colors from your theme.
Where can shoppers add gift wrap? On the product page, the cart page and the cart drawer. They can wrap a single item or the whole order.
How is gift wrap charged? Each wrap option is a variant of a “Gift wrap” product in your store, added to the cart as its own line. Price, taxes and sales reports work the same as for any product. On the Free plan you have one wrap option and it is free; charging for wrap needs the Professional plan.
Can shoppers add a gift message without wrap? Yes, unless you turn on the setting that requires wrap for a message. You choose the fields (To, From, message) and the maximum length.
How does my team know which orders are gifts?
Gift orders are tagged automatically, gift-wrap and gift-message by default, and each wrap line on the order shows the item, the wrap style and the message to include.
Can I offer gift options only on some products? On the Professional plan, yes: include or exclude products by product, collection or tag. On the Free plan, gift options are offered on all products.
Does it work in other languages? The storefront text comes translated into 11 languages — English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Vietnamese — and you can edit it for each language your store uses.
Does it work with Shopify POS or on the checkout page? Not at the moment. Shoppers choose gift options on the product page or in the cart, before they reach checkout.
Is there a limit on gift orders? No. Both plans include unlimited gift orders.
