Plans and limits compared
Most of the app is on every plan: scanning, label design and printing, the SKU and barcode generators, and the duplicates report. The plans differ in how many products one scan session can hold, whether scan progress is saved automatically, and whether you can share a session with warehouse workers.
The plans
| Plan | Price | Products per scan session | Auto-saves scan progress | Warehouse worker link |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 30 | No | No |
| Professional | $5.99 / month | 1,000 | Yes | Yes |
Prices are in USD. Check the App Store listing for the current prices and trial.

The older Plus plan is no longer offered. Stores already on it keep it, with 2,000 products per scan session and the warehouse worker link, until they change plans.
How the products-per-scan limit works
The limit counts the different products (variants) in one scan session, not how many units you scan. Scanning the same barcode again only raises its quantity. When a session reaches the limit, the app shows You have reached the limit of 30 products for your current plan. (or your plan’s number) with a link to upgrade.
If you share a session with workers, their products and yours count together.
Change or cancel your plan
- In the app, open Billing.
- Click Change plan. Shopify’s pricing page opens, where you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel.
- Confirm. You return to the app, and the charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice.
