Plans and limits compared
All FieldB2B plans have the same features, except that Free doesn’t include the buyer portal. The plans differ in two limits: how many sales reps you can have, and how many companies can use the buyer portal.
The plans
| Plan | Price | Sales reps | Buyer portal companies |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 1 | Not included |
| Starter | $29 / month | 5 | 100 |
| Growth | $79 / month | 15 | 300 |
| Business | $149 / month | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Prices are in USD. Check the App Store listing for the current prices and trial.
How the sales rep limit works
Each rep and each manager uses one seat. On the Free plan you have one seat, so you can’t set up managers and teams.
When you reach your limit, the Sales Reps page shows a “plan limit reached” warning and you can’t add another rep. Upgrade, or deactivate a rep you no longer need.
How the buyer portal limit works
The limit counts companies, not people. Five buyers at the same company use one slot, so you can give each buyer their own sign-in link at no extra cost.

The Billing page shows this as “buyer accounts”, with how many are in use. When you reach the limit, enabling a buyer at a new company shows:
Your Starter plan allows buyer portal access for 100 accounts. Please upgrade to add more.
On Free, the buyer portal is not included.
Downgrading
Buyers who already have access keep it after a downgrade. The lower limit only stops you from giving access to more companies.
